How can we change the Credential Provide spinner to custom text?

Hello Team,
I am building a custom CP. I have an issue where when I click the submit button there is a spinner that does not allow for custom text to be displayed for user interaction. Is there a way to disable the spinner and just show my text? Or even better if I can have the text below the spinner?
