CloudMirror Sample ：the sample provider app restart automatically

I comment the code in CloudMirror sample：
//CloudProviderRegistrar::Unregister();
And then run the CloudMirrorPackage project，and the sync root folder has list files。I open sub dir of sync root folder ，and then Ctrl+c to stop the app。Waiting a moment，the CloudMirror.exe is restarted automatically. So, what result in this? I want the app not be restarted automatically,so,what can I do?
