Flag Results to be ignored

I'd like to be able to flag certain results as ones that are "known" but will not or cannot be fixed so that they stop showing up in assessment reports
Describe the desired outcome
When running the Fast Pass assessment we have some items which will fail consistently and we cannot fix them (at least right now) for one reason or another (time, resources, third party components, etc). If we could somehow flag them to be ignored by the assessment tools, that would prevent them being reported as false-positives and cluttering up our results. I'm thinking something like es-lint-ignore
which would also make it easy to find these situations again when we are able to address them properly.
Another option could be to have the results still show in the assessment but be identified as "known issues" or something similar so we know they've been identified but can be ignored for the time being

@mann-david After discussion, this is not something that we'll be able to pick up. Assessment results can be exported as JSON (see https://accessibilityinsights.io/docs/web/getstarted/assessment/#to-export-as-json), so you might be able to take advantage of that for provide some sort of downstream handling of issues that will not be addressed.
