Code-First LLMOps from prototype to production

In preparation for moving repositories to public view, we need the following task to be completed:

• Is the main readme complete?
• Is the designer EN- powerpoint added to the repo with the correct AKA?
• Has the author confirmed that there are not secrets/confidential info in the repo?
• Has the Responsible AI verbage been added to the README?
• Has the author confirmed the slides are accurate

These tasks can be tracked in the linked project issue, or at the principal list linked here

Once all tasks are completed, this issue can be closed, and the status marked as done.
