Update the Train the Trainer Verbiage

Marketing came back to us this week and requested that we make minor changes specifically around the "Train-the-Trainer" phrase in our AI Tour materials. Please complete the following tasks to ensure compliance:

• Change "train-the-trainer" to "session-delivery-resources" in the folder structure
• Add boiler plate text (see below) to the top of the "session-delivery-resources" readme
• Change any in-text mentions of "train the trainer" to some version of "deliver this session."

Once all three items have been completed, please mark this issue as complete.
