There is an effort to port MSAGL to TypeScript here. I hope it will become portable enough.

@juepiezhongren I can confirm that core functionality works on Mac OS. I also believe that it should also work on iOS and Android under Xamarin. Unfortunately, extended functionality like drawing features and viewer controls is Windows-only.
