Unable to load css from azure-devops-ui library in my extension

I am trying to run azure-devops-extension-hot-reload-and-debug hub extension but It seems all css files are not loaded properly.
Any configuration is missed in the "webpack.config.js" file?

Here is the screenshot of my extension. button not loaded with default css.
