My release pipeline gate fails always even though my ServiceNow Change Request ticket is in Implemented Status

Hello I am using the ServiceNow Change Management Add-On as part of a approval gate before my release pipeline will deploy my solution. We successfully create the Change Request however when the gate evaluates our Change Request it is always evaluating as false even though our Change Request is in the status of Implement.

I was reviewing the logs and I don't see a GET request to ServiceNow to check the status of our Change Request ticket in our logs. I do see the POST successfully going through to the same ServiceNow instance so not sure what is going here. Any assistance would be appreciated.
