images not showing when embed in Md file

Hi all,

These last several days I have noticed that whenever i upload images to github using the drag/drop way, i ultimately get a private-user-images githhubuserconsent link. But to my surprise, whenever i embed within [], initially the image displays, but days later all images with a private-user-image link no longer display.

Any idea what's going on or how to fix?
