schema: maxParallel/parallel should be integer, not string

This is a corollary to MicrosoftDocs/azure-devops-yaml-schema#293. The docs definitely suggest that the these two should be numbers, but they are typed as strings. This causes annoyance when trying to validate pipelines. And in practice, using an integer seems to work.
