Describe the bug
Unable to view table structure

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Database
Open Table
Expand any child item
See error

Expected behavior
The items to expand and show columns names, etc

OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1

ADS (please complete the following information):

ADS Version: 1.48.0
ADS PostgresSQL etension version: v0.6.0
PostgreSQL version: 16.2

Additional context
Using DBNgin for the Postgres instance, Laravel is able to migrate just fine and create the tables, I can see and query them, but the ADS UI just tanks trying to look at things in the UI.
