[Bug]: SpeakSsmlAsync call fails with canceled when sending the same text to be synthesized.

What happened?
This is may be similar to Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-speech-sdk#2062.
Adding an extra voice tag with a space, allowed the generation of the audio a second time.
