DISKSPD test is creating empty xml files

Hi All,

I have been working on this issue from past 2 weeks and couldn't find any solution .
The empty files which are getting created are random for different input parameters, I can say that if core count is more then the empty file count is also more.
is there any limitation for number of cores ?.
