I am tracking down some timing issues (SMB related) that can lead to this, which show up more acutely on 2019. One thing to note as a temporary mitigation is that you can re-start Measure as many times as needed, and it should safely pick up from the failure and continue.

Thanks, it somehow works now, I added start-sleep -seconds 10 to the control code as suggested by JimLin in previous issue and its now running just fine. Dont know whether this is a luck or, but works.
The new vmfleet is just hilarious!
