Hi,

I have downloaded DiskSpd 2.1 binaries from the SourceForge Release folder.
When executing the diskspd.exe file, I get an issue saying that api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2l-1.dll is missing.

The OS is a Windows Server 2012 R2.

What can I do to have DiskSpd work ?
