Cannot build Azure Software Radio OOT modules in Azure Software Radio Development VM

I cloned the repository in the Azure Development VM, and I tried to build the OOT modules but I'm getting this error after running cmake ..

CMake Generate step failed. Build files cannot be regenerated correctly.
I would like to be able to build the OOT modules with the default VM image. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for all the great detail. We're working on resolving the issue in the developer VM and will report back when it's fixed.
