Shared terminals stop updating / freeze

Type: Bug
- Join a host's Live Share session
- Host starts a shared terminal with read / read-write permissions
- Host starts a process (like automated tests with file watching)
- After some amount of time, or a number of lines printed, the terminal stops showing printed lines. The host has to stop the process, close the terminal and create a new terminal.
