New Component modal popping up while working in Live Share with Read/Write access

Type: Bug

1. Start Live Share with Read/Write access and share link with someone to join. They join the Live Share
2. Attempt to type. A modal to save a new component pops up randomly very often in the middle of typing, and especially when saving a file.

*This is being experienced while working on a Vue/Typescript application.
