Feature request: Add comment bubbles dynamically in the COMMENTS tab

As of today, when someone add a comment in the live session, you don't get notified and don't notice until you reach the comment or when you check the live share extension side pane and see "Comments ()".
As it happens with the PORTS tab (next to the Terminal tab, etc.), you have a round bubble with a number, indicating the number of ports currently open. It should be great if the COMMENTS tab also gets this "bubble" feature and add the number of open (or new) comments added by collaborators.
