mssql-scripter is throwing error in Azure cloud shell

[GeethaThatipatri-MSFT]

mssql-scripter -S [serwername] -d [databasename] -U [username] -f ./dev.sql
Password: [correctPassword]

and I received an error like below.
No usable version of the libssl was found
Scripting request: 1 encountered error: Scripting request encountered a exception
Error details: ('End of stream reached, no output.',)

I have tried in Windows cloud CLI and it worked fine
