[Feature]: Test KVM acceleration in CI

Feature Overview
The QEMU platforms in this repo are usually used for testing firmware-specific scenarios that do not require booting to a host OS. When booting to a host OS like Windows 11, acceleration is needed to have reasonable performance. Today, we can use the QEMU_ACCEL option to specify kvm (QEMU_ACCEL=kvm), however that path is not regularly tested.
Solution Overview
The request is to test KVM acceleration on a more regular basis via automation.
