Describe the bug
'Russian language': Live Coding section is missing and no image in the card under Lessons section.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
2.Click Settings button and select Language.
3.Click Russian.
4.Move to Live Coding section and Lessons section.
5.Observe and compare them with English language.
Actual behavior
Live Coding is missing and there is no image in the card under Lessons section when change language to Russian.
Expect behavior
All section and image of card should be available once we switch to other language.

I have verified this issue, and it has been Fixed in the latest beta build 2.0.14
