The "READ BEFORE FILING" information that is provided when attempting to submit an issue is out of date. (Kind of meta, I know)
It states that to log "Everything else. https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/LoadSubmitFeedbackForm", however Microsoft Connect has been retired, aka shutdown.
In addition "https://github.com/dotnet/corefx" is also out of date, as that link says "Going forward, the .NET team is using https://github.com/dotnet/runtime to develop the code and issues formerly in this repository."
Please update this section to the correct information.
