[lockfile-explorer] When using Codespaces in the browser, lockfile-explorer doesn't work

Summary

Lockfile explorer does not work on GitHub Codespaces when it is a Codespace in the browser.

Repro steps

Launch lockfile-explorer on GitHub Codespaces when using it in the browser

Expected result:
lockfile-explorer opens in the forwarded port (forwarded from github codespaces) on the browser

Actual result:
lockfile-explorer only works on localhost which doesn't exist on codespaces in a brower
