The best way to interact with this project is to use the AnnKnowledgeBase subclass as a custom KnowledgeBase extension in spaCy v3 with the built in EntityLinker. This was the original plan for the library documented in this PR and referenced issue: https://github.com/explosion/spaCy/pull/5876/files
