Class not found exception 'com.azure.data.cosmos.sync.CosmosSyncClient'

I am using the Spring cloud Hoxton(2.2.x) release.
And when updating my library from 2.1.1-Fix to any higher version like 2.2.3.FIX1 i keep getting this class not found exception when starting the application.
