Unable to import the application into teams channel or apps

I got this installed but whenever from the solutions, im trying to add into “teams Channel” or “Chat” it gives me below error ( I am deploying this as PowerApps solutions so that I can extend it later. Meanwhile deploying as custom apps onto a channel worked).
