[Feature request] In VS Code/IoT Tools extension, allow the option to switch between AMQP and AMQP over websockets

When using IoT Tools extension in VS Code to invoke Direct Methods on an IoT Edge module, the protocol used defaults to AMQP. This can be a problem if running VS Code inside some enterprise VPNs that block port 5671. There should be an option to switch over to AMQP over WebSockets.
