Too easy to override the RunBook with output

This is an extension I have waited for long time. Thank you for that!

I noticed that it's too (scary) easy to replace a RunBook with the text in output. If you have started the Runbook from VSCode and you left the output opened in the editor and then you think to upload the RunBook from the local computer, it actually uploads the content of the output.

I can't see any reason why would I want to upload the output in the first place. It would be much safer if this is just impossible to do.

Anyway, just let you know.
