Build Version: 20240430.1
Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a container app -> Right click the container app -> Click "Start Streaming Logs..." -> Check the tooltip.
  2. Right click the container app -> Click "Stop Streaming Logs..." -> Check the tooltip.
  3. check whether the tooltips are consistent.

Expect:
The tooltips are consistent.

Actual:
The tooltips are inconsistent.
