After upgrading to Azure Storage 0.10.0 and subsequently 0.10.1 I get an error message

Could not find $web blob container for storage account ...

This is when trying to deploy to a static web page to Azure storage using VS Code. If I revert to version 0.9.9, the problem goes away and I can deploy.

Issue has been fixed in v0.10.2 of the Azure Resources extension.
