[GitHub Codespaces] There is no response after clicking "Browse Static Website"

Environment: GitHub Codespaces (Local/Remote)
Build Version: 20230422.1
Regression: Previous Build

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a storage account with "static website hosting" enabled.
  2. Right click this storage account and click "Browse Static Website".
  3. Check whether there is a confirmation dialog.

Expect:
There is a confirmation dialog.

Actual:
There is no response after clicking "Browse Static Website".

More Info:

  1. This issue does not reproduce on the previous main branch build 20230329.1.
  2. This issue does not reproduce on the non-codepsaces environment.
