An error occurs when creating storage account from workspace view

Build Version: 20230801.1

Repro Steps:

  1. Sign out from “Accounts”.
  2. Navigate to "WORKSPACE" view -> Expand "Attached Storage Accounts".
  3. Click "Azure Storage" icon in Workspace view -> Click "Create Storage Account...".
  4. Check whether the next step is "Sign in" or not.

Expect:
The next step is "Sign in".

An error occurs.
