An error occurs when creating storage account from workspace view

Build Version: 20230801.1
Repro Steps:
- Sign out from “Accounts”.
- Navigate to "WORKSPACE" view -> Expand "Attached Storage Accounts".
- Click "Azure Storage" icon in Workspace view -> Click "Create Storage Account...".
- Check whether the next step is "Sign in" or not.
Expect:
The next step is "Sign in".

This issue also reproduces when clicking "Create Storage Account...(Advanced)" from workspace view.
