replace the debug-start.svg with another svg file but filed

Describe the bug
I replace the debug-start.svg with another svg file named debug-start.svg and then run build the condicons and the files in dist are re generated but the content of debug-start still is ".codicon-debug-start:before { content: "\ead3" }"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
