Updating a Jekyll project for github pages hosted site

Type: Bug
Hi Guys, I am trying to validate which IDE suits best for my team to speed up coding with AI, but it seems there is a massive gap between solutions. Just downloaded VS Code and integrated Copilot after using Cursor.io for the same task successfully. My experience with VSCode is embarrassing for my pet project that is about updating my Jekyll project with the latest dependencies. Copilot simply cannot come out of the infinite loop of removing and installing the gem. It simply stucks and cannot move forward of one solution is not working.
