Actual Behavior

  1. Documentation does not mention that Cordova portion of project must be at top level of workspace in VS Code
  2. vscode-cordova does not function properly unless Cordova portion of project is at top level of workspace

Expected Behavior

  1. Documentation has solution for this in troubleshooting section
