Respect error formatting in problems panel

The problems panel seems to be discarding some of the formatting that would normally exist. In the included screenshot you can see that the problems panel has removed some of the spacing in the panel itself, but the hover menu has the correct formatting.

this makes it nearly impossible to use the problems panel to debug when there are types that are heavily nested.
