Allow multi-line input box

The git commit message input box allows multiline input, but this does not seem to be available from window.showInputBox. This would be very useful for extensions.

👋 I'm the new owner of this space and I'm doing some housekeeping. I'm calling this a duplicate of #98098 just because that has more upvotes... These upvotes are totally acked and I understand the ask, I just wanna have one issue opened for one feature request 😄
