Missing application settings under Azure function

Brief description of your issue

Following the document section for manual install encountered issues in connecting to the function app. Raised a support ticket and I was provided the below link to accommodate additional app settings. It is always good to update the documentation as well. Can you please update the documentation to include all the required application settings under the application settings section of Azure Function corresponding to the manual install section ?
