Brief description of your issue

My application depends on the Microsoft.WindowsPackageManager.InProcCom and Microsoft.WindowsPackageManager.ComInterop both nuget package, After upgrading to version 1.12, an unknown bug occurred when closing the application. However, after downgrading to 1.11, this bug disappeared. After investigation, it was found to be related to winget
