Quantity of seats gets reset to 0 in partial fullfilment scenario

Conf X has 5 seats of seat type A , 5 seats of seat type B
Open 2 browser sessions
In session1 of browser choose 5 seats of seat type A and 3 of Seat type B
In session2 of browser choose 5 seats of seat type A and 1 seat of Seat Type B
Press "ORder now" session1 and after a couple of seconds in Session 2.

Expected:
In the browser session 2 the quantity for seat type B is show as 1
Actual:
In the browser session 2 the quantity for seat type B is reset to 0 , user has to pick the quantity again.
