Create a .github/workflows file that

  • pulls in the compiler environment for VisualCodeBase
  • builds a dll for x86_32 x86_64 and aarch64
  • publishes dlls

Not sure if I want to do this due to CodeBase requiring the VST SDK, so instead I'll just compile the eel2 with WDL, and run some tests
