Steps to reproduce:

1.Login as Owner/Manager
2.Go to Report
3. In the first line fill 'hours'
4.Create a new line in that day
5. Fill 'hours'

  1. Try to fill 'hours' futher

    'Actual result:'there are a number of mistakes
    'Expected result:' errors should not be
