[FEATURE] Automatic user_data transfer

Especially when switching from a GitHub alpha release to the AnkiWeb builds users currently have to copy over their user_data folder to retain their user database.

However, implementing this in a way that is fool proof might be difficult as this should work both ways (Alpha release <-> AnkiWeb release).

Another solution might be the addition of backup and restore buttons.
