Connect: display indicator until profiles load

At the end of Spotify's Authorization Code Flow, the user is redirected back to the page. At that point there needs to be:

An default image or loading gif or whatever for the user's avatar while profile information and profile image is being loaded.
An indicator that appears and then disappears after all artist names are loaded from the user's playlist.
A down arrow (to continue scrolling down) that appears after both profiles and artists are loaded.
