[RFE] End-to-end test of operator and operands

We need a test that:

  1. Creates the OperatorConfig CR
  2. Waits for all of the components to be successfully installed.
  3. Exercises each of the components: ui, proxy, secret-service, and crane-runner+tekton.

For a sanity check we may need to bypass the UI and create a sanity-check pipeline/pipelineRun
