Add a job-function endpoint to support the stakeholder creation process.
The requirement is to have thi (proposed) list of predefined ‘roles’:
- Business Analyst
- Business Service Owner / Manager
- Consultant
- DBA
- Developer / Software Engineer
- IT Operations
- Program Manager
- Project Manager
- Service Owner
- Solution Architect
- System Administrator
- Test Analyst / Manager
