URL linkificating could be improved

The other day, toshok tweeted a link without an http:// prefix (the URL he used was in the form: www.site.com). I might be able to hack up some improved logic this weekend as a starting point. I'll have to look over the current code to see if there is a simpler way to improve things without whipping out the code I wrote for Evolution/GMime ;-)
