TableManager events are not correct

In TableManager (libpumpkin/Table.c) the sequence of events generated when interacting with a table is not the same as in PalmOS. Applications that rely on these events may experience strange behavior. Also the events of loading and saving table data seem to be little off, when compared to PalmOS.
