Clean up unused and deprecated code, refactor and add javadoc comments for public classes/methods

remote stuff removed as it does not make sense.

I need to include something to set menu options for remote stuff, though

Will remove journey store, as it is indeed stored in the client side.

I will make it more functional: we receive a journey --> we modify the journey --> we return a new journey
